Tortie Thursday

Hi there Splitters here. And as you can see I am a tortie colored kitty. There are four of us living here that are torties including our sister Gertrude who is a calico but considered a Tortie. Our friend over at the Conscious cat, http://consciouscat.net/  was discussing the personalities of the different colors of cats. And the four of us that live here do have that Tortie attitude. We are very nervous, but very loving too. Now some of that might be that our Mom was and still is a feral cat. Both Splitters and Gertrude love to have attention. And we are also very bossy with the other cats around here.

Hi there Momma kitty here, and I am Splitter's Momma. Guess you can see the resemblance of the two of us. I am a feral kitty but I am getting tamer by the day. It has only taken 3 years to let the Mom touch me. But I do show some affection to our Person just by following her around. Needless to say I am nervous which is partly due to being feral but also I have the tortitude too.

Hi there, my name is Missy. I am very tame but also have the tortitude. I am very very bossy with the other cats. And when I want my food, I want it right now. I just stand either in front of the Person or get between her feet until she gets me something to eat. Oh and my the way, I did not do this to the hamper. Those little kittens that lived in here did it.

My name is Gertrude and I am Splitter's sister and Momma kitty's daughter. They consider me a Tortie cat too. I am a nervous kitty, but I love sleeping with my mom every night. But I just have to go outside to get rid of all my energy. I am very afraid of other cats.

So, our person thinks that color does have some influence on our personalities. We will do some of the other colors around here too.

Almost Wordless Wednesday

Mahoney is just possessed at getting into Baby Doll's room. So a pillow was placed so she couldn't knock the door open.

Getting desperate

 Yesterday was such a sad day at out house and throughout the Blogosphere. Our good friend Squashies had to go to the bridge. She was so loved by her Mom so we send many hugs and purrs to all of the family. Please send them some purrs. http://www.tkfurreverhome.blogspot.com/

Tuxie Tuesday

Hi there, Two Two here, making friends with Mom's shoe. I just love hanging out with the shoes.

So what do you think?? Does my head fit in there?? Sure smells funny in here. Mom needs to do something about that.

Oh well, I will just take a nap here and use the shoe for a pillow. Hope the Person doesn't want to go anywhere any time soon.

Mancat Monday

 

Hi there Ohs, here and I get to be the Mancat of the day.  I am Tees and Bees brother just in case you didn't know that.  I am very friendly towards my Mom and I am a good kitty. I also make that Two Two's father leave everytime he arrives here.

Here I am with my Mom, Momma kitty, She and I are friends but she still bosses me around a lot. She is alway hissing at me when I try to take her food. Imagine that.

Blog 4 Peace

Dona Nobis Pacem is Latin for "grant us peace". This idea for bloggers doing this peace post all in the sameday is such an uplifting idea to see so many bloggers get together and wish for peace.

Peace to me means a Lack of confrontation between people  over anything. I firmly believe that peace could be accomplished if people would communicate better and also listen better to each other and I mean really listen not just the words you want to hear.

Silly Saturday

Hi there Two Two here and I am doing my exercises for today and one of them is hanging up side down. This is so much fun. I do such a good job entertaining the Mom while is doing the blog.

Guess  I will get back up inside of this tree. I was getting a little dizzy from the blood rushing to my head.

Hi there, that is me, Maggie on the left and that is my daughter Mahoney on the right. This picture was taken one year ago so you can see how little and skinny Mahoney was at that time. We are just getting to know each other again. We seem to remember each other.
