Happy Easter

Goodness, look what happened to me. I grew some rabbit ears and I especially like my new tail . Guess that is what I get for taking a nap. Many thanks to our friend Ann. 

In the meantime, Two Two is controlling the Easter bunny. I got him Mom, he is going to leave us lots of treats.

Hi there, Mahoney here, I am checking out our new mini tree. It is really pretty neat. I am watching for that Two Two in case she might go sauntering by and I can nail her. This has all kinds of accessories which is great fun. One of Mom's friends got this for us. Wasn't that nice of them??

Ok, Two Two is busy doing something else, so guess I will try this napping place. That works really well too.

Formerly Feral Friday

Hi there, Bees here in front with my brother behind me. We have come such a long ways. We used to stay all the way over in the far barn but now we are getting comfy on the porch. We like having all this comfort and we sure are closer to the food supply.

We get all the old furniture out here and we just don't care what it looks like. It is so nice to have a blankie and a chair and a sofa.So we are happy.

So, we have two more sick cats. Tabatha and Mister. Mom is a little worried about Mister being sick since he is older.
Also Splitter's eyes are no better and may be a little worse. Guess we will be going back to the vet. Is it all right if the Person pulls all her hair out??

Almost Wordless Wed.

Hi there Splitters here before I went to the vet. Guess you can tell that my eyes are bothering me and that is why I had to go again. The girls at the clinic that took care of me before were really glad to see me and gave me lots of scritches.

This is after I got home from the vet. I just had to have a nice long nap.We sure do thank all of you for all the purrs etc. We just know that is why I was able to get better.

Sort of Tabby Tuesday

Hi there, Orange Boyzo here. Wow twice in one week I get to be on the blog. But we want to thank you so much for all your kind thoughts about my problem with those two girls. I do all right outside and will be lots better once it really warms up.

I do have a good friend, my buddy, Ande. This is an older picture but I just love this doggie. I am cleaning her face. right now. That is one reason I like to come in the house, so I can snuggle with Ande. But when the weather gets better, Ande and the Mom will spend more time outside.

 Splitters is much better. She is eating really well. We are going back to the vet this morning because she is having some trouble with her eyes. Also we have to figure out what to do about her teeth.

Mancat Monday

Hi there Orange Boyzo here. I get to be the Mancat this week of the blog. Well I have to tell you a little story. I love to go in the house and snuggle with Ande the dog. But that silly Mahoney has decided that she doesn't think I should be in there and neither does that brat, Two Two. I will be sitting there quietly and they just attack me. I am so polite, I simply run and hide and then ask Mom if I can go back outside.  I thought it was because I was so sick with my ear infection but they are still doing it.

It isn't so bad now because it is a little warmer and I don't mind staying outside but it annoys the Person. Poor Orange Boyzo has done nothing wrong but he can't come in anyway at  the moment because of all the sickness.

Hi there, Missy here. I have this new small kind of tower that is very comfy to take naps upon. It is pouring rain here, so a good day to sleep all day.

Silly Saturday

Hi there, Tabatha here and my favorite thing to do is to get on the roof. The only problem is that I have a problem getting down. So here I am trying to get down. That tiny little board where my front feet are is really tiny. And then I have to turn around on it to get going the correct direction.

So, I got turned around very carefully. Now all I need to do is get down on that banister. 

I made it.Here I am Mom. And just look at that Orange Boyzo watching me. He doesn't go up on the roof but he feels like he has to snoopervise me But it is a lot of fun up there. You can watch the world go around.

Split update

She is not a whole lot better but she isn't any worse. Her eyes are running like faucets and she is still a little congested and she will not eat anything but canned chicken. I have tried every flavor of cat food and tried to mix it in with the chicken. So I am going the nebulize her a lot today.

Thankful Thursday

Splitters is HOME. WHoooo Hooooo . She is far from well but she has made some good improvements but she still needs lots  of medication. But she is not breathing as badly as before.
Now we want to thank all of you for your wonderful purrs and prayers and just plain support. That means so much and really helped the person get through all this. She is a tired old lady right now. So Thank you, thank you.

Hi the Two Two here and we thought you might want to see my cute face. It has been such a horribly sad time around the blogosphere. I am trying to get that spoon that mom used to eat her cereal. But I think she licked it too clean.

We also want to send our very best to Auntie El who has been fighting cancer forever, had to enter a hospice at home program. She is over at Friends Furever.

Splitters

We sure do thank our friend Ann of Zoolatry for doing this graphic for Splitters. As of 7:30 last night, Splitters was still very sick and no improvement.

Mom is going in there this morning to see her. She will call also this morning and then update the blog. We might not get the update about the visit until later this afternoon. She needs to go to the store and get some food that Lucky and Gertrude will eat hopefully. Lucky is very sick but not as bad as Splitters yet.

Thanks to everyone for all the nice purrs and prayers for our girl. We also appreciate the donations so very much. The blogging world is just the very best.

Update on Splitters. The Person had to take her to the emergency vet this morning at One AM. Splitters  was spitting up blood and couldn't get any rest from sneezing so much. She had to stay there. She will call this morning sometime and give updates. 
So the Person may not get to visit everyone today.
Second update on Splitters. Just talked to the vet and she is still very stressed out from her head being congested. They are trying some treatments and I have to call back later this afternoon.
Third Update -- I just talked to the vet clinic and Splitters is not any better. But they want to keep trying for another 24 hours so that is what we will do. Thanks so much for all your purrs and prayers.

Monday Blues

Hi there, Splitters here. Would you believe that I had to go to the emergency room last night. We seem to have an upper respiratory infection going through all of us kitties here,which makes us sneeze and have sore throats. Well I got to the point I couldn't breathe.  I also have a bad case of stomatitis and so I take some Prednisone which means my immune system isn't the greatest. Stomatitis is a disease of the gums which also means at some point I need to have all me teeth pulled. We just haven't been able to do it. At the moment, I just need to get over this respiratory deal.

Hi there Gertrude here and this is how we hold our mouths open to breathe since our noses are all stuffed up. I am very sick too but I feel a tiny bit better today. I have had this darn thing for longer than my sister Splitters. She really feels terrible even after the antibiotics and nose drops. This is not fun. We will keep you updated.

Also, our good friend Eric across the pond has had a set back and he too had to go to the vet. So please send him some purrs and prayers. He is such a good boy. You can find him HERE

Our good friend Wendy  made us some nice avatars for St Paddy's day. Mahoney here thinks she is pretty darn cute with her hat.

To Pip and Puddles

Today is Pip and Puddles Appreciation day. They both have such good blogs. Puddles is very very funny and is always in trouble. You can find her Here.  Pip is just the cutest dog in the world and is having some heart problems and so they went on a bucket list trip which was just terrific. They went all over the world and were very lucky to get home since Puddles was driving.

Hi there Puddles here. Aren't I the cutest. Pip and I are the bestest of friends and have such a good time together. The most exciting news is that I have been awarded the "Blogville Queen of Merriment and Mayhem" by mayoress Madi. Now that is just the best, since  I do like to have such a good time and I am always in trouble. But it is fun trouble.

Hi there Pip here. I think I am pretty darn cute myself and Puddles and I had just the best time on our trip around the word. I mean we went everywhere so I could cross things off my bucket list. Thankful Thursday

Mahoney is so thankful for her food, that she says grace before she eats. She eats in the cat tree since she gets very special foods and we don't want anyone stealing it from her. 

Ok, Mom now bring the food. I am starving. I seem to have digestion problems so I get a little medicines in my food and thanks to a good friend, I am eating some grain free canned food.

We are supposed to make a brilliant statement, and the only thing we want to be brilliant about is to find a way to get more cats and dogs homes that are in the shelters and also find a way to get more info out to the general public about spaying and neutering their animals.
